The room was wonderfully clean. The onsite restaurant made dining VERY easy after a long day. BREAKFAST offered great variety and fresh options. Staff were courteous and helpful. They cleaned the room promptly. I appreciated their professionalism.
The room decor felt a little dated. IT was only a minor thing though.

The staff were friendly and professional they were courteous too the breakfast had a lovely variety and i enjoyed it. I found a cubby that the hotel has available for neurodivergent kids a great inclusion. A pint of guinness topped off my experience at the bar it was a rare enough treat at a hotel.
The bathroom fan was loud and it would not switch off at all i found this very frustrating

The staff were friendly and helpful so I didn't feel totally robbed.
The bathroom looked ancient. I couldn't believe the old shower head and shower curtain. The sink was behind the door, and if I didn't close it fully, it bumped me all the time. It was a Valentines weekend and not even a chocolate bar was there, just two bottles of water.

i stayed for several nights, and i must say the staff were very friendly. the breakfast and evening meals had nice value. i found the sensory room excellent. i am also grateful the hotel was clean.
i requested extra pillows one evening, and there was a delay in their arrival. this was a bit inconvenient, especially since my child was already asleep. i was still a little worried, because the night porter opened our door and did not close it properly.

The breakfast was great with a wide variety of options available.
The bar manager was very RUDE. there was no hot water when I tried to shower one evening, a basic thing I expected. I mentioned this at check out and was told they had a problem but were working on it, not helpful to me at all.
