family room helpful staff gorgeous breakfast long day
the room was amazing and family friendly. the staff were helpful.. everyone i met was lovely. the breakfast was gorgeous and set us up for a long day.
i found the hot water a bit inconsistent one evening around shower time.

FANTASTIC stay!
clean room onsite restaurant fresh options helpful staff
The room was wonderfully clean. The onsite restaurant made dining VERY easy after a long day. BREAKFAST offered great variety and fresh options. Staff were courteous and helpful. They cleaned the room promptly. I appreciated their professionalism.
The room decor felt a little dated. IT was only a minor thing though.

The rooms are spacious, COMFORTABLE. A room was cleaned daily to a high standard. Rooms provided ample space and the beds were very comfortable. I was very happy.

The gym includes modern equipment. There is ample parking available , this IS useful. I found the communal areas well decorated, this added to the ambiance of the stay.

The staff members were courteous and were very good. They provided assistance with directions and recommendations. The reception staff addressed inquiries promptly, THAT was great. I was impressed.

friendly staff professional staff great inclusion rare treat
The staff were friendly and professional they were courteous too the breakfast had a lovely variety and i enjoyed it. I found a cubby that the hotel has available for neurodivergent kids a great inclusion. A pint of guinness topped off my experience at the bar it was a rare enough treat at a hotel.
The bathroom fan was loud and it would not switch off at all i found this very frustrating

Staff at reception were efficient during check in they provided all necessary information. The hotel bar offered a good selection of drinks with prompt service. The restaurant staff were attentive during breakfast hours.

old shower head inconvenient sink
The staff were friendly and helpful so I didn't feel totally robbed.
The bathroom looked ancient. I couldn't believe the old shower head and shower curtain. The sink was behind the door, and if I didn't close it fully, it bumped me all the time. It was a Valentines weekend and not even a chocolate bar was there, just two bottles of water.

the family room was amazing, it was not squashed. the staff were helpful. the breakfast set us up for a day of travel..
there was no air conditioning so it was very warm at night. the bar manager was rude and lacked people skills. there was no hot water while i was taking a shower..

grateful for a clean and well-located stay
friendly staff excellent sensory room
i stayed for several nights, and i must say the staff were very friendly. the breakfast and evening meals had nice value. i found the sensory room excellent. i am also grateful the hotel was clean.
i requested extra pillows one evening, and there was a delay in their arrival. this was a bit inconvenient, especially since my child was already asleep. i was still a little worried, because the night porter opened our door and did not close it properly.

The leisure facilities were nice. the hotel provides on-site parking facilities. this made travel easier, especially since it's about a ten minute drive from eyre square. It made accessing the city center quite straightforward.

This location suited my needs. it's also near the city centre. the bus stops right outside the hotel, so convenient. This made exploring the surrounding area very accessible, and i valued this access.

rude manager hot water
The breakfast was great with a wide variety of options available.
The bar manager was very RUDE. there was no hot water when I tried to shower one evening, a basic thing I expected. I mentioned this at check out and was told they had a problem but were working on it, not helpful to me at all.
